Our services include the creation of a single-page website, hosting, domain name registration, SSL security, and ongoing support, including content updates and technical assistance. We guarantee the development and publication of your website within 24 hours of receiving all necessary information.
3. Payments
Our services are provided on a monthly subscription basis, with a fee of $100 per month. This fee includes all services listed in section 2. There are no upfront costs. Payments are recurring and will be automatically charged to your provided payment method until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
4. 24-Hour Guarantee
We guarantee to build and publish your cleaning business website within 24 hours of receiving all necessary information and sending you a confirmation of receipt. This confirmation will indicate that we have all the required details to begin the website creation process. If we fail to meet this deadline after sending confirmation, you will not be charged for the first month of service. This guarantee is our commitment to providing fast and efficient service to your business.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for the development of your website. You must ensure that any content you provide, including logos and text, does not infringe on any third-party rights. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
TypeTrades retains all intellectual property rights to the website design, code, and structure. Upon payment of the monthly fee, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website as hosted by TypeTrades on our platform (Netlify) for the duration of your active subscription. You do not own the website's code or design files.
7. Limitation of Liability
TypeTrades will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms will not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the preceding month.
8. Termination
You may terminate your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your website will be deactivated and removed from our hosting platform. We may terminate your access to our services if you breach these terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TypeTrades is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
